Kinukamori is located in Chagga Land in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Its crystal clear water originates in the natural springs of volcanic rocks on Kilimanjaro. You will be able to visit Kinukamori on top and bottom. This picturesque spot is great for swimming or just relaxing and enjoying the refreshing breeze from the waterfall. Starting at 8.30 am a thirty minute drive from Moshi will take us to Marangu Village, where we will begin our short 20 minute hike to Kinukamori Waterfall. It is a densely populated city and many of those that travel there are either on their way to climb Mount Kili or are recovering from doing so! 4-Day Mount Meru Hiking Tour with Accommodation
At 4,566 meters, Mount Meru is the fifth highest mountain on the African continent and the second highest in Tanzania.
About 250,000 years ago, a massive volcanic eruption blew away the entire eastern flank of the mountain and left it with the distinctive appearance it has today.
The Mount Meru ascent passes through many vegetation zones. The dry forest of the lower region changes to a dense mountain rainforest, which then turns into scrub land. Closer to the summit, the vegetation becomes less and less and gives way to alpine terrain. As the vegetation changes so the wildlife.
During the ascent, you might come across large games such as giraffes, buffaloes, baboons, colobus monkeys, and antelopes. To be safe, it is obligatory to be accompanied by an armed park ranger on your tour.

Kilimanjaro 8 days Lemosho Route
The Lemosho Route is considered the most scenic trail on Mt Kilimanjaro, granting panoramic vistas on the western, southern, and eastern sides of the mountain. As one of the newer routes, Lemosho is a superb choice for your climb. It is our preferred route due to its ideal balance of beautiful scenery, good acclimatization, and a high summit success rate. Most of our clients who have used Lemosho Route have rated this route as excellent. The trek begins at Londorossi Gate, located on the western side of the mountain at an altitude of 2360 meters. The route takes you through a majestic rainforest where some of the region’s most unique wildlife can often be seen. The route continues up to the lowest of Kilimanjaro's 3 dormant volcanoes at Shira Ridge. Lemosho Route is a long route and we recommend an 8 days itinerary.

Overview:
Machame Route now vies with – and indeed over the last few years has overtaken – the Marangu Route as the most popular trail. Machame is also the regarded by many guides as the most enjoyable, though it is longer and, according to most, more arduous. Despite this, the success rate on the Machame Route is higher than on the Marangu Route, possibly because the Machame is a day longer at six days and five nights (assuming you take the Barafu Route to the summit) which gives trekkers more time to acclimatize. An extra acclimatization day can – and usually is -taken in the Karanga Valley. The Machame Route also gives you the option of taking the Western Breach / Arrow Glacier Route to the summit.

It is one of our highly recommended routes, not only for its stunning scenery, but also due to its steady incline and better acclimatization. The first two days of the climb are quiet and have relatively low traffic, before joining the more popular Machame route. Time period is 7days and 8days.

The key to the success of the Machame route is its topography, allowing hikers to climb high and sleep low, helping towards better acclimatization.
