Carolina is a dancer that incorporates the Fitness Zumba formula with choreography done to Latin rhythms & worldwide music. The class is for all ages and levels, but it is not a Zumba Gold class ( older age and injured students) it is not a slow paced class, it’s a fast moving pace with high & low impact moves done to 9-11 choreographed songs , some are easy to follow some are more challenging.
