Yoga and Hike Experience in Snow Canyon
On this yoga and hiking adventure we will meet at a designated location and then guests will follow the guide to the trailhead. We'll then go on a 2-2.5 mile hike meandering through a beautiful desert eco-system, learning about plants and animals of the area along the way from our Wilderness First Responder and Utah Master Naturalist guide. Then, on top of the sticky Navajo Sandstone, we'll find a flat spot for a 1 hour yoga and meditation practice. While doing so, we'll have views of Zion National Park, the Pine Valley Mountains, or gorgeous candy cane stripped cliffs. Finally, the group will walk back. ~3-4 our tour.

Meditation in the Mountains of Utah
The Little Dell Recreation area provides the ultimate backdrop for participants to take some time away from their busy lives to reflect and disconnect.
During the first part of this activity we will take some time to chat and connect. This will also be a great time to frame up our meditation experience, discuss basic meditation principles and set an intention for the practice.
The second part of the activity will be the practice portion. We will use a mix of walking and seated meditation practices. These practices will be paired with the beautiful Little Dell wilderness to help give participants the ultimate feeling of calm and connection.
In the last part of this experience we will take some time to reflect upon the practice and discuss some different ways in which we would like to apply the techniques learned, to our daily lives.

Fall colors are at their best right now!!! Late September and early October is prime time and the forecast for those weeks looks promising, with sunshine, warm temperatures, and crisp mountain air. Come with us!!! We spend a whole day with you in the mountains. We bring all the gear, knowledge of the terrain, and provide transportation to help you have a memorable and fun filled day exploring what Utah mountains are all about. We operate on a US Forest Service Outfitting & Guiding Permit providing the authorization for us to take you in the Wasatch-Cache-Uinta National Forest. All the details are covered.

The Cosmic Ashtray is a geologic wonder located in Sothern Utah's Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. This formation was carved through years of friction and sand. This tour is located deep into the heart of the Grand Staircase. Travel by 4x4 vehicle to a trailhead. Then hike 4 miles through the desert to arrive at this amazing geologic wonder. This tour will require hikers to be in good physical condition.
